Really good Stay in Prime Location
convenient luggage storage ideal location clean room
The staff provided helpful assistance with luggage storage, which I found very convenient. I stored my belongings before check-in. I also stored them again after checkout until my departure for the airport.. this saved me a lot of hassle. The location proved ideal for accessing main attractions and transportation hubs. The room was clean and well kept.
The lack of a breakfast option was slightly inconvenient. I hoped for at least a small selection.

The front desk staff were consistently available and responsive to my inquiries, which greatly enhanced my stay. They offered clear directions to nearby landmarks. They also provided prompt assistance with minor issues in the room.

central position excellent view
the location was superb. the historic building housed clean, well-equipped rooms. i appreciated the room's quietness, despite its central position and excellent view.
The shower pressure was inadequate. the bath mat was not replaced following the service, which i found disappointing given the hotel's price.

The staff was very cute. They helped me quickly with my luggage. The location of the hotel was great. It was close to all the attractions. I did appreciate L'Occitane toiletries provided in the bathroom.
The window in my room rattled all night. This kept me awake. I did not sleep well.

some issues detracted from the stay
hard shower limited space
my stay wasn't totally smooth. the shower was hard to work. turning it on and off was a real struggle. also, there wasnt much space for my stuff in the bathroom. i had to keep most of my cosmetics in my bag, this wasnt ideal.
